The Tai Chi Energy System 13 Posture Course was founded by Liang De Hua to teach an intensive course focusing on energy development and cultivation through Tai Chi and Chi Kung practices. The smooth flow of life force energy will be stimulated internally in the body, and the network of Chi channels will be cleared through this energetic system of exercise based on Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Taoist meditation practices. These ancient Chinese practices will raise the body and mind to high levels of health, clarity, and fitness.
