According to traditional Chinese medical theory, Life force energy (Chi or Qi) is essential to health.

Human bodies are filled with natural energy. We have good health when the energy is flowing smoothly and freely throughout the body. If the energy is blocked, out of balance or stagnant, we will not be healthy. Our health will be restored or improved if we clear energetic blockages and develop a smooth flow of life force energy in our body. Tai Chi and Chi Kung (Chi Gung or Chi gong) are effective practices to clear the pathway for life force energy and build up a balanced energy. It is estimated that there is currently more than 200 million practitioners of Tai Chi and Chi Kung in just China alone. Some studies estimate that more than 20 percent of the people in the world practice Tai Chi regularly - or more than a billion people!  Whatever the true number is, it is clear that many people recognize the benefits of Tai Chi and the number of people practicing Tai Chi is increasing.

Tai Chi is called moving meditation - the slow, focused movements tend to still and concentrate the mind. Placing your intention into your tai chi movements can be very therapeutic for many people who are living in this high stress world with so many demands everyday. Tai chi is also one of the most wonderful systems of exercise for stability, balance, coordination and martial arts.

Chi Kung is famous for its effects of healing. It can help people to relax the nervous and muscular systems simultaneously. By doing Chi Kung, energetic blockages will be cleared and a strong and balanced flow of Life force energy will be generated.

The Tai Chi Energy System 13 Posture Course is an intensive course focusing on energy development and cultivation through Tai Chi and Chi Kung practices. The smooth flow of life force energy will be stimulated internally in the body, and the network of Chi channels will be cleared through this energetic system of exercise based on Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Taoist meditation practices. These ancient Chinese practices will raise the body and mind to high levels of health, clarity, and fitness.

The Tai Chi Energy System 13 Posture Course is safe for everyone.  People that never practiced before or those with experience will both benefit with this step by step system designed to develop the tai chi skills and achieve health benefits.

  • Step 1. You learn the basic Tai Chi Nei Gong movement (Tai Chi Internal Energy Work), Taoist Meditation, Basic Taoist Breathing, TaiChi Ball Energy, Tai Chi Standing Meditation for power and internal energy. All will prepare your body and build up your basic energy inside. You can begin to feel your energy and understand it.
  • Step 2, you learn how to increase and cultivate your energy by Tai Chi Chuan movement and form. Our Tai Chi Basic Essential form is The Tai Chi short form that contains all Tai Chi Essential energies. These movements are part of the Tai Chi Long Form which has been designed by Sifu Liang, to retain the benefits of Tai Chi but allow the student an easy to learn Tai Chi practice. You can learn how to relax in movement, how to feel and control your energy by your movement and intention.
  • Step 3, you learn how to apply and use your Tai Chi and Energy in daily life. Learn basic Push Hand and test your skill, sensitivity, and awareness of a partner. Learn how to use Tai Chi Ball technique to heal problems in your body for common diseases.

In this course you have both study and practice. You can understand and know the basic principle in Tai Chi and some relate Chinese arts combine with all practice, not only basic activities.

 

Important notes for students:

  • All courses are taught in English.
  • After class begins, course fee is non-refundable, but student can come back to study within 2 years.
  • Our school location is in the heart of city and the transportation is very convenient. Therefore, we do not provide the transportation and meals
